The report by Gartner, the global information technology research and advisory company, states that Leaders “deliver breadth and depth of integrated MRM functionality on large, enterprisewide and global implementations that extend MRM across the marketing organization”. Many customers thus use the Gartner Magic Quadrant as a key tool when selecting MRM systems.
